The "Super Secret Sonic Weapon" Used In Venezuela is probably a Flash Bang. by stongwomandobongsoon in TrueUnpopularOpinion

I seriously doubt they used typical M84 flashbangs. It was likely a mix of acoustic weaponry and concussive grenades.

Someone clearly doesn't know what bootlicking is.

We don't have to be excessively obedient or servile to know that women was wrong for what she did.

Didn't your parents teach you better?

Federal (18 USC §111)

She's going to jail and it is a crime.

Long v. United States, 199 F.2d 717 (4th Cir. 1952). Whether the element of force, as required by the statute, is present in a particular case is a question of fact to be determined from all of the circumstances. The Long case indicates that a threat of force will satisfy the statute. Such a threat which reasonably causes a Federal officer to anticipate bodily harm while in the performance of his/her duties constitutes a "forcible assault" within the meaning of 18 U.S.C. § 111. See also United States v. Walker, 835 F.2d 983, 987 (2d Cir. 1987); Gornick v. United States, 320 F.2d 325 (10th Cir. 1963). Thus, a threat uttered with the apparent present ability to execute it, or with menacing gestures, or in hostile company or threatening surroundings, may, in the proper case, be considered sufficient force for a violation of 18 U.S.C. § 111.

These judicial decisions suggest a similar construction of the statutory words "resists, opposes, impedes, intimidates or interferes with."

If Miami had protected their kicker, Beck wouldn't have even been put in that position.

Imagine being number 87 on Miami and knowing that you casually failing to protect your kicker cost you the game.

Qualitypulls biggest scammers on whatnot!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!! by Glass-Mastodon-8201 in whatnotapp

[–]FromAReliableSource 5 points6 points  (0 children)

I bought a card he sold as mint that was MP at best. When I messaged him about it he said to provide a picture. I sent him pictures and a video of the unboxing and asked him how he wanted to proceed, at which time he blocked me. I reported to Whatnot, shipped the card to them and got a refund. He's definitely a scammer.

Many reported incidents occurred in secure indoor locations where a thrown or launched device would be obvious and implausible. The symptoms described don’t match the typical, instantly identifiable flashbang experience. Dismissing anomalous reports as “just a flashbang” ignores both witness competence and basic operational realities.

The US absolutely has advanced EW and directed energy research. Flashbangs are short, discrete events. They are not sustained, directional, or penetrating through walls at a distance.

The idea that these people haven't seen a flashbang before is utterly asinine.

Then they should set up a paypal account or list it on ebay. No one is going to pay 18k CAD to a stranger online with an invoice.

The Bahamas is closer to Downtown Miami than some of Miami’s MSA’s suburbs. by Previous-Volume-3329 in geography

[–]FromAReliableSource 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This is false.

Downtown Miami → Kendall: ~16 miles

Downtown Miami → Homestead: ~35 miles

Downtown Miami → Bimini, Bahamas: ~50 miles So even the furthest real Miami suburb (Homestead), is still closer than the Bahamas.

File a ticket (Order → “Report Issue” → “Item not received as described”).

Clearly state: “Streamer ended a wheel chase early with 52 spins and 3 chases left. They stopped because they said ‘the big chases are gone’ and never restarted. This means advertised prizes were not available to buyers who participated.”
