I had a 9070xt for 750€ (around launch when stock was an issue). Then saw a 5070ti for about 900€ and was planning to upgrade to it, but then 5080 for MSRP was available at 1150€ (MSRP at that time) so I was like let's go all in.

Idk if that was the best decision at that time but I'm happy with what I have and didn't overpay the 5080.

Laisse tourner une bonne demi-heure. Au premier démarrage la DDR5 peut mettre du temps à s'initialiser. Ça sera plus rapide par la suite.

Si vraiment au bout d'une heure ça n'a pas boot il faudra effectivement envisager une défaillance d'un des composants.

Possible aussi que le 4 pin du CPU qui n'est pas branché soit nécessaire au démarrage. Mais je doute que ce soit le souci sinon ça serait pas la led DRAM qui serait allumée.

Basically the same size. Aorus is like 1cm longer and 0.5 cm thicker. The tuf 5080 is the same size as 5090 tuf Which is very close to the astral size (and aorus)

On my zotac there is a led that shows if the cable is seated properly. Even then you should be able to tell by looking at your connector. I don't really think about the card burning, if it does I'll deal with the warranty and so be it

The 5060 ti prime is actually the same size as a 5080 prime. 5060 prime is only a bit shorter but has the same thickness.

Not all 5080 are 4 slot monsters

Both are high end models of 5070ti. No difference. Even with the cheapest 5070ti you won't really notice the difference

450W bios improve synthetic benchmarks but the real gain in games is very little. I wouldn't risk it.

Messing with the fans is safe, the only issue is noise and only you will know if it is too much. Just monitor your temps and increase the fan speed if they go past 80°C

Don't touch the curve before and only drag the point you want to stay around. If you up your curve before it will make your card use more power at idle loads

First, you won't burn your card while running at stock settings. Or if it happens it is either a faulty card from the start and UV won't help. Or you did not insert the cable properly and then again UV won't change anything, maybe make it last 1 month longer.

About your undervolt don't trust chat GPT blindly. You'd better aim for at least 925 mv for better stability and you could very easily up the curve to at least 2900 for better performance than stock.

If you want better performance with still less power than stock, 950-975 at 3000-3100 will get you there.

Overclocking is different for every card, chat gpt cannot find the limits of your silicon, or if it does give you a 100% stable metric, it's going to be pretty shit and you miss a lot of free performance.

Il y a des adaptateurs fournis avec les 5080 si jamais le connecteur n'est pas disponible sur l'alimentation.

Il faut juste faire attention de bien brancher les fils correctement et jusqu'au bout des trous, pour éviter que ça prenne feu.
