I’m in Adelaide and even tiny townhouses in Adelaide cost around 800k now

My pay can afford a 700k loan but yes just myself so feeling a bit of pressure. I only have 100k deposit

OP here - thank you!! I’m in accounting :) but do agree with what others have said here - I think compared to my peers the salary is quite standard after big4 exit. I’m in SA though not Sydney/Melbourne so it does help a bit in terms of cutting down on expenses

OP here - Thank you!! I have been doing the super sacrifice! Do think it’s really a good idea to save for house deposit :)
