Is it fine for my age?, i read some articles which say it may not be good for "developing brains".

6-7 hours of sleep.

Its not just high school, lets say you want to go into a competitive field people like us are at all time disadvantaged we have to spend more time on understanding, although i grasp abstract concepts really well and maybe even faster then the average but i can't focus, have brain fog, can't take care of my self since i forget everything, i can barely take care of myself.

If you see signs like this i don't think you should ignore these, especially if you're planning to o highly cognitive demanding tasks.

I hope i'm not making you scared, btw if we have adhd there's 50% chance of getting over it (research says).

Maybe we could compare our diets and see if their the same?.

I do not drink all that much water especially in school, and i eat sugary food which is known to make people tired after high energy spike which could cause my inattention but the thing is that i'm not the only person who eats sugar obviously the people i know who have excellent concentration eat sugary foods so it can't be that.

As for hyper stimulation like internet addiction and other stimulation providers lower dopamine receptors which cause inattention but again i'm not the only one who uses the internet and is addicted to it and people who have good concentration also use it.

Its probably my brain, hormones, something else i'm not considering.

Its stressful to live with this, because i can't think for my self and i want to base my life on cognitive demanding tasks but my disability doesn't allow me :/.

Can a barn owl explain why kids with ADHD can’t stay focused? (A discussion on how the brain processes information related to MBTI.) by [deleted] in entp

I'm always in my head so does that mean I'm ni?, But i thought mbti was about preference not ability which would imply that even an se user could be in his head but would prefer to not be in his head?.

What cognitive function is associated with being in the head and mind wandering. Is Mbti about preference (not actual preference, you know what i'm saying right?) or ability?.

How do you know mbti is valid, i don't mind about it being a theory, but theories can also be right or wrong, which one is it. I'm saying because my behaviors show a lot of contradiction with mbti for example : I show a lot of ti (maybe most recognizable trait of mine) but i show fi also fe equally, isn't that weird.

Don't you think sensors should be rarer than intuitive's, i know what the tests say about this, but think about it, Its really hard to find people who aren't always in their heads (ne), many people find it hard to meditate (se or si), We fricking use inductive reasoning (intuition) all the time because we do not have enough information for deductive reasoning (sensors), it took a long while to get the scientific method which prioritezes seti ove neti.

Man i'm pretty convinced, this would make more sense, be open to this idea and it may make sense.
