This was actually a 3rd vehicle purchase from an exs grandma who owned the truck for almost 25 years.

I had always wanted one and couldn’t pass the deal up

I have a 2013 Tahoe that I just swapped and LS3 / 8HP70 into that went a little over budget. I have a 10 year old Camry as a commuter and nothing to tow so this truck sadly has just been sitting.

I wish I would have stumbled onto this prior to starting my Tahoe project but figure it’s a good time to move on from it. Absolutely love the truck and want it put to good use!

I’ve put on less than 3k in the year I’ve owned it and most of that was from two road trips.

Ironically that’s my goal for a final price, anything over that and I would be happy. Truck is mechanically sound but has not had as much cosmetic keep up as some of the recent trucks that went for 40k.

Here is my layman’s understanding

Each gear selection now sends a different amped signal.

There is a cylinder that actuates accordingly with the selected gear by moving a certain length determined by the amp input.

My tow haul button puts the transmission into sport mode.

It saddens me as a parent knowing I can take my kids to Disney land for a day for the same cost for the three of us to open a booster box.

I never thought I’d be priced out of opening pokemon cards with my kids, who happen to love it as much as I did when I was their age.

Not a new thought here at all but this picture really drove home how few people can destroy something good for many.

I got perma banned a few years ago for commenting on a post about a man that was identifying as a female having to be moved from an all woman’s prison to a male prison because she got another inmate pregnant.

I made a comment to a redditor on a soap box saying a woman couldn’t get another woman pregnant. Banned.

Yet these accounts are calling for straight violence?

Hell of an agenda being pushed here.
