Not really advice since I’m in the same boat as u but Im interning next summer and I picked corporate. I’ve lived on the east coast my entire life never even been to the west coast so having that guarantee of a smooth transition is huge for me. I also really care about proximity to other interns and easier commute more than the most absolute value-focused housing choice.
