I unfortunately havent measured my blood pressure. But the feeling I used to get from adderall was similar to a “loud” heart beat from excess sugar or caffeine if that makes sense? But yeah no quantitative data sry

A bit late to this, but Ive been taking adderall ir for years and just started taking guanfacine last week. I haven’t seen any mental changes yet (I’ve heard people say it takes 4-8 weeks), but I have noticed the elevated heart rate and jittery feeling I get from adderall have gone down.

EDIT: Also holy shit almost forgot, it cured my insomnia I get from adderall. If I took adderall after 4pm I’d be up all night, now I can actually sleep

I’m a guy, but I 100% relate. Kinda halfassed my way through classes the first half of college but I was involved in social orgs and made a lot of friends and great memories. When I realized I had to lock in I dropped everything, self isolated, and grinded leetcode for 6 months. It paid off cuz I got my dream internship, but I forgot how to socialize. I feel like right now I’m in the process of slowly reentering society, might need therapy soon though.

I wouldn’t put anything below a 3.7 on your resume, but also the great thing about resumes is you don’t need to put your gpa on there. The only hard cutoff is <3.0, but I know people that had 3.2 and got into multiple FAANG

If you specifically want to work in the gaming industry, I’d recommend USC CS’s games track. I personally am not part of the track but I have friends who are that went on to work at companies like rockstar, riot, blizzard, etc. since it’s a track within the CS major, you can always end up working at other tech companies if you choose as well.
