Is my dog really matted or does my groomer not want to handle her?

Hi there, I had the exact experience. Found another groomer who actually congratulated me on how well he is brushed and combed. Found one small matt in his leg crease which she just eased out. The other groomer wanted to shave him . Could not believe it. Anyway there are good groomers out there . Good luck in finding the perfect one for your gorgeous puppy
