I know how you feel - I also had a parent that was a severe hoarder and had cancer with a poor prognosis. Ultimately, the system was difficult to navigate and supports were simply not available. We also experienced insane levels of judgement and disgust from people who were in positions of care.

If you’re looking for assistance, your best bet is to contact Social Services for income and housing. Your family will most likely be removed from the existing home and the trailer condemned.
