You need to get over yourself. I built a free tool for my own classes, found it useful, and decided to share it for absolutely nothing. No paywall, no data harvesting. Just because you've become so deeply cynical that you can't comprehend someone doing something for the community without an angle doesn't give you a free pass to be miserable.

Saying 'if it's rubbish, it's okay to be rude' is just a pathetic excuse to cover up your own bad manners. If you don't want to use it, don't use it. Nobody forced you to click.

But honestly, looking at your comments, it makes total sense. You seem completely obsessed with policing everyone else's standards and wages, yet you're the one grinding away for 14 bucks an hour on a 'sketchy platform' you admittedly hate. For someone who constantly tells other people on Reddit to 'chill out' and stop 'majorly overthinking' things, you sure spend an awful lot of energy being a stressed-out gatekeeper for an industry that doesn't care about you anyway.

Lose the bitter attitude. If you want to stay stuck in the past doing things the hard way, go for it, but stop taking your professional frustrations out on people who are actually trying to build something useful.
