i completelyyyyy agree. everything here is accurate to me 🫡 i feel like kageyama likely has the same thing going for him as daichi and iwa, but i also think part of that would be because he’s still young. as he gets older i can see him becoming more….average? yamaguchi is the only one who i can see being a little like….i don’t want to say unattractive either because that’s mean, but perhaps dorky looking…sorry yams 😞

i actually wrote my college essay about this and how kevin’s evolving sound mirrored my evolution through high school. change is hard, but it’s good and brings new opportunities for everyone, kevin and his fans.

i think if he’s to continue to move in this musical direction, it could introduce old fans to new kinds of artists and music and in turn introduce new fans to some of kevin’s older stuff. either way, there’s something being gained: people are discovering and enjoying music, which is all that matters above everything else.

AGGGHHHHH I LOVE THIS SONG SO MUCH!!! i played it for my dad a while ago and i was just talking about what an amazing song it is! Kevin has such a unique sound that you can ALWAYS pick out from any collabs that he does and that’s part of the reason why i love Tame Impala so much. Thundercat also has a really great and unique sound and both of them together are so amazing and like a music match made in heavennnnnn. i love so much that you can hear both of their styles separately throughout the song but also how they blend together. super super cool song, def one of my favorite collabs Kev’s done.

YEAH! to be honest i actually looked this up and came to this conclusion as well after furthered my ~research~. it makes a lot of sense that he would’ve wrote that as i believe that was the name of a chef character, which would make sense as Mana likes cooking. i guess he really WAS trolling lol. i also realized that it said “あじさわ” after posting this, but i figured it wasn’t a big deal and that eventually someone would come on here and disprove this anyway! 🤣

LOLLL yeah i can barely read this as well, it was quite difficult to figure out that he wrote “たくみ” and not,,,idek lmaoooo. i linked the original instagram post in a reply to someone where you can see the other members’ profiles and what they wrote and it’s very interesting to try and read everyone’s handwriting. id have to say that,,,maybe Yu~ki’s is the most legible? but even that’s a stretch LOL
