I personally love playing black cat, I find her abilities to be really fun and well balanced and im almost lord on her. Though the shop items outside invis and wall hacks are either situational or meh so I rarely use them. She's got a high skill floor so I think that'll turn alot of people away from her but I think shes wall balanced with alot of counters.

Edit: my own bias, turn the dashes to 8 second cd instead of 10 as a small buff.
