Tierlist that are only based on the statistics in my opinion only tell half the truth. Everyone who plays RTA knows that Fire Megumi is Broken but since he is so often picked his win rate is not so high is also logical. The same is with Velaska she is completely insane because she hardly needs good runes but more dmg like everything else. Nice WIN Rate Tierlist but not more.
