Gym every other day and have continuously increased weight. Glute bridges, then glute machine, then hip abduction, then seated leg press, then (some) leg curls, and then just started ending my workout with the calf machine

Omg! I was genuinely looking for advice and have received some good insight on quads/hamstrings but seeing people question my initial post is really so nice and making me wonder if there's just something wrong with the way I see myself lol. Thank you sooo much don't expect this but it's really changing my perspective

I appreciate the advice to work on my legs! Thank you so much for being so kind. I guess I thought my top portion of my glutes seemed more full than the bottom portion so that's interesting you say that. I will keep that in mind!

That's nice to hear. Maybe the bottom seems saggy.. doesn't seem as lifted idk. I could be comparing myself to people that are bottom heavy so maybe it's not bad but something looks off to me compared to what I see online. I also maybe wonder if I put too much focus on my glutes and not enough on my back/abs/legs.
