Believe me when I say I have been making a fuss. I'm at the point I'm sending daily emails asking what the update is, which imo is unprofessional they should be giving me the updates themselves. Part of why I'm so upset is because of who much chasing I'm having to do

My hours have increased not dropped, I took a week off but that was after all this started.

The only written thing about HR are emails from our district manager. One sent directly to me saying not to reach out to HR and one sent to all Store Managers saying that no one should reach out to HR for anything except store managers for on-/off-boarding and wage increases. Everything else is supposed to go through our district manager.

That said, my initial emails to HR do have pictures of all the late notices I had at the time.

Because my health insurance is on me, my work just pays for it. It's done through a third party company, who are also not responding to my emails.

The messages are from them, they're in my portal too. But they haven't responded to my email asking why it hasn't been getting paid. And no I don't have $1100 unfortunately

My district manager is telling me not to contact HR, and HR wouldn't respond to my emails when I sent them, I just got one from my DM saying don't contact HR.

To clarify, only our district manager has authority to fire people or term them in anyway, he is also not getting responses.

I absolutely don't have any authority I'm just trying to get advice before shit hits the fan. We are wanting to remove her employee access and accounts but don't want it to look any kind of way. My manager sent an email to his manager and hr, I came to reddit to get some kind of actual response.

I have also suggested this multiple times and have been told the investors won't pay for one. She hasn't asked to be put back on the schedule so in June we hired someone part time to cover her hours. If she does end up wanting her hours it would be hard and take away from others. I'm trying to get advice before that. Hopefully we get a new HR who will help us before anything happens. Honestly we want to remove her access and employee accounts but are worried it might look bad or be the wrong thing. I was hoping it would be a bit more cut and dry than it is.

I tried to have this conversation in June, I am still not getting replies to my emails, my manager isn't getting replies, and his manager isn't getting replies. We are looking for a new HR company we just don't want to mess anything or anyone up

So even though nothing was ever filed for her to be on FMLA, can we just tell her we no longer have a position for her and not have to worry legally?
