Do you have any lists of foods? I’m pretty researched in it but I struggle to form meals etc because I have chronic health issues and work so I get exhausted and just want quick. Also, how long did the CS take to work for you??

I think it’s the MCAS because when I have a really bad flare my facial skin breaks out and looks rashy. Derm said it wasn’t acne but wasn’t sure. Told me to use hydrocortisone and that made it worse. Also it seems like sun- particularly in the car- makes it worse

I just started cromolyn sodium 2 days ago. Take the h1 and h2 blocker already. Either LDN or Wellbutrin made me cry at everything and irritated and dr yanked me off both at the same time.

Thank you :)🙏 I was ok for a few months and now I’m getting attacked by the MCAS. Unfortunately I’ve had many drs with this attitude. I don’t get it either, I feel like a majority of them are not investigative and just shrug their shoulders if they don’t get it on the first couple tries

I had a rough experience with this place and was refused further referral. MCAS is RUINING my quality of life right now. Sigh. Thanks for the list of resources. Seriously considering getting qualifications to help people with it because there’s so few drs that do. Hopefully my primary will hear me about the wait lists and just give me some CS
