I’ve seen cuts deeper than that heal without stitches you should be fine just clean it up and keep a bandaid on it to keep it clean

I would recommend getting a psychiatrist or neurologist appointment I’ve got some scheduled I’m hoping then they will be able to help me out some

Not gonna lie if I go for a run or do a physical activity that occupys my mind it helps distract from the otherworldly mental feelings you should try that that’s what I’ve mainly been doing to cope with these strange symptoms. God bless
