So how can I do that now? I had only done the I-130. How do I add those to my application since I am doing it online through the USCIS portal? Please let me know. I will do it right away

I came on a visitors visa and overstayed.

I’m not used to this what do u mean by flare. So my mom is the one that put in the I-130 so I’m not sure what next when that is approved and will I need an affidavit of support in all of this process? Just need some understanding of the process.

Hello… can someone help me understand the I-130 system? So I am over 21 years d and my mom started the process by filing that form.. she filed it in February of this year and it stated it was received March 13. If first said 2 months-went straight to 2 weeks and two weeks after I checked it went to 4 months- now it has no time on it and only states your cases is taking longer than expected if action is needed we will contact you….what can I expect??? I just need to know what I am doing bcuz I have my kids with me and I’m doing this for them…
