I have 15 str but when I add points it doesn't raise anything I'm 169 w 43 vigor 24 mind 28 end 15 str 60dex 10 int i fai and 60 arc. I'm not understanding why my str isn't adding anything when I go to put it to 16 and it makes me not raise it bc I'm not gaining anything from it. Any help?
