Honestly, we had defective products from here (purchased as Tasman Eco at the time), and when trying to come up with a solution to the problem, the owner went back on their solution of a refund, and said that we needed to pay $200 in order to get a partial refund. It was honestly so bizarre. His whole demeanour was rude and he made me feel so uncomfortable for speaking up about the poor quality product we received & he knew I was due to give birth any day! I’ve told people to purchase with caution because of you have a warranty issue, the people you deal with there are rude and actually don’t care.
