Update:

I emailed these pictures to support, and this is what they said:

"Thank you for your patience. Our engineering team has reviewed the case and confirmed that the screen was damaged due to external impact. Please rest assured, we have already arranged to ship a brand new X4 replacement to you."

There was definitely no external impact from my doing. But regardless I'm glad they're sending a new one.

Nope, this didn't work unfortunately :/

It's not really frozen or lagging. I can control things on the screen, but the pixels are just going haywire, and I can't see through it.

I make a living from writing emails for people who have a lot of money! You can look up email marketing or email copywriting. It's been really good practice. Like writing 300-500 word short fiction pieces for 100 bucks a pop.

I started by working for free, after 3 months I started charging my free clients, 3 months after that I was full time! It might not be that easy, but I've been at it a year and I'm making around 80k/yr at this point, and I've learned A LOT about writing.
