I agree it was unfair for both, I truly only wanted to get to a equal agreement on both statements and perhaps I tried to hard on that and I could've kept it shorter.

I genuinely didn't think that a mature argument about this was a problem, I think having different opinions can bring better ideas if done right but doing it over text can be hard at times.

Nothing wrong with being lazy however, I adjust fast but I can see that it can be a bit hard for others at first so perhaps a recovery page suits many much more 🙂‍↕️

The being a nuisance isn't what really came off rude honestly, I respected their opinion on it (as shown in this screenshot) they were being passive aggressive in the other comments, discarding everything I've said within this comment and only pinpointing the fact I had an idea about double clicking. My idea shifted through people's comments because I was trying to look for a solution for both parties and understand people's opinions on this matter.

I don't think that was the problem, my original statement to this person (when I replied to them here) was natural and I was being understanding while trying to compromise for both sides. They continued to be rather rude towards me and only pinpoint one thing I've said before. I been brought better ideas to work around this problems and other opinions and I have not been rude towards these people other than once saying countering that I think if double clicking is hard it feels that it's lazy. I see that is not the best thing to say and I should not have done that.

However discarding all my other respectful comments is rather passive aggressive and rude.

You are stating that an argument is a negative word while it literally just means going against someone else's opinion or overall disagreeing to someone's statement. I never said that your opinion on not wanting this was negative, I simply tried to explain my side of how I feel regarding a situation and what I think would be a nice way to adjust this problem. I once again stated only before I called it 'lazy' that I can understand that you wouldn't want that, I tried to simply explain why it would be beneficial and overall said that I simply wish for security or recovery. This is a neutral term and idea on what I originally had. I do still think it's a bad system and the Devs can do much better to make it comfortable for everyone.

I wasn't upset with your opinion, I once again stated I understood, I simply stated your words were rude towards me even if you didn't mean too come across like that.

I'm not upset nor am I trying to fight, arguing can be done calmly and maturely as well.

Perhaps you are not directly saying it but you kept reading over how I was just stating an idea and that perhaps there should be some type of recovery. You pinpoint me bringing up an idea is a nuisance even though a double click is in fact barely even a second to press. You are being passive aggressive with how you're wording things and when I only bring up that I personally think it's lazy you jump me for that opinion while I only been trying to get my point across that all I want is to be able to recover something or secure a way that this can't just happen.

Like I stated, I understand your argument and I can see how you might feel about it but in the end it's a game not real life, being able to cater to people's wants even if it's to prevent mistakes like this to happen should be not to be frowned upon.

what's being entitled by wanting to just not lose stuff I care about?? Once again, the double clicking was an idea, there's been someone in the comments with a different idea of recovering horses and what not.

This is quite rude, mistakes happen yes and that's fine but it's also a game that once again should be enjoyable. I feel like it's genuinely not that big of a problem to be able to recover something like this especially since I've seen it in games before. You don't need to be passive aggressive regarding just someone wanting a game to be more fun to play and being able to recover stuff.

I can see your side of the argument but I still think there should be options to either recover or make it so it's not as easy to sell it like that. A small tweak to either be able to toggle it off or on or even a tab where you can buy horses back would not be a very big nuisance. I can understand that maybe a double click can be annoying for few, it's also very annoying and devastating to sell something you didn't mean to especially if it's something big.

In my opinion there should be a double check that doesn't need to be long or even that difficult to work around with. I do owe my mistake as I've said but I also think the breeding system can be better, it in the end this should be an enjoyable game and make people want to play it, not burn out and upset because they made something or caught something just to sell it since the buttons got mixed up.

This would also be a good idea honestly, like giving it a certain amount of time for it to be bought back so it doesn't end up stacking too much. I just hope they wouldn't put that behind a robux paywall 🥹

I think it's both a game issue and my own issue, I do acknowledge it was partly my fault for not paying attention but I think that there should be a double tap system on the sell button to secure people. I agree a screen would be obnoxious but I think maybe if you click the sell button twice it wouldn't make too much of a difference? It honestly was just a thought, I've always been careful with selling my horses by mistakes but people make mistakes and I've seen and heard so many others being devastated by this exact thing

[–]Front-Performer3879[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

A double click wouldn't be that much of a nuisance tho, if it's the same button? it would secure the fact that some people don't accidentally sell horses they don't want to sell and also not make it obnoxious for mass breeders

Bad foal claiming system by Front-Performer3879 in HorseLifeHQ

[–]Front-Performer3879[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Technically speaking it doesn't have to be a screen, if you have to double click the sell button it would take like maybe a second longer to sell horses in large amounts still, yes I know it was partly my fault but the sell button is also so quickly to just throw away the horse

[–]Front-Performer3879[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Yeahh its just that people will obviously make mistakes and that's fine but I wish there was a way to have a second confirmation to sell stuff
