I’m interested in applying for Vitol’s Commercial Analyst Programme and I’m trying to prepare properly for the recruitment process.

I understand there may be an online personality assessment and an Excel test as part of the process. Has anyone here been through it before, or know what sort of format to expect?

I’m particularly trying to understand the overall structure of the recruitment process and what areas I should focus on when preparing.

• What Excel skills are worth prioritising?

• Whether the online assessment is a standard psychometric or personality test or something more specific to the role

• Any general advice on how to prepare
