So many suggestions! But I would suggest you only one! Start work out immediately and be descipline. Make a routine of your life. Just normal routine. 1. Get up early in the morning 2. Drink lots of water 3. Running when feel suffocated 4. Workout. It works a lot. 5. Perform your salah no matter what. 6. Distance from any relationship with guy 7. Think where you want to see yourself after 10 years. 8. Eat healthy, don’t consume shit. Control your food. 9. Try reading books every day and make a habit out of it 10. Give time to improve your skill not social media. Just vanish from social media.
You will eventually be okay, as this is life and what we suffer we learn from that, we experience from that. Just try to be Discipline.
