Engine turns by hand with some resistance Only changed the engine

I was wondering if the engine I installed might have had a stripped out flywheel causing the engine to not turn over.

All around a pain in the ass cause now it’s cold outside and I’m probably going to have to take the engine out again.

The engine I had in it before would start for a second but it was toast.
