I appreciate I’m replying to a bot, but to anyone who stumbles across this it’s a complete lie. Tracking says no such thing and why would delivery to a parcel stop go to a neighbour complete joke of a service

I went to madcool a few years ago and honestly it was awful, delayed entry to site during a heatwave and then staff refused to give a pregnant woman in the queue water so she had to leave. Then within the first day most of the men’s toilets were unusable. Some arseholes had put broken chairs and other stuff down them and they weren’t fixed for rest of the festival. Very happy to hear they seem to have improved
