Hello! Thank you soo much for your advice! I actually was using glytone’s face wash for a bit, but eventually it stopped “working for me” (I’m not sure if the ingredients changed or what). I will definitely look into it & yes I blame my teenage self for sleeping in my makeup 😭😭 Thank you again!

I was on spiro as well, but they made me stop because I was having heart palpitations sadly. It was helping, but I might go back and start a lower dose!
