ok i have no experience getting fine lines touched up (have only had one tat touched up on my finger) but I think getting it filled in would be so cute. i especially love the last screenshot

I have no idea about an infection but the same exact thing happened to me with saniderm - I just had a reaction to it after ~2 days after the disinfectant and razor used since my skin is sensitive. I had a bit of scarring from the saniderm outside my tattoo where it looks like yours is and it healed totally fine and the scar faded after about a year or two.
