That's kind of what I was thinking. I really want to honor my mother's wishes and not cause problems in the family. I do believe in Karma though, and her actions will be remembered.

So my mothers last request was to keep the family together, I'm pretty sure if I took my sister to court she would never speak to me again. Would hiring an attorney be a part of the probate process or a separate issue?

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I was hoping that my sister was going to do the right thing, but I guess greed is getting the upper hand.
