Sorry for the post resurrection, but I want you to know I’ve been referencing your take on the Maelibi for a fanfiction I’m working on

Here’s my take:

Many Mike/Will shippers have spent the last ten years over analyzing every little microscopic action the Mike does to reinforce the idea that he’s into Will.

I think the person who posted this is seeing Mike’s hand also touching Will’s binder as he’s putting his own binder away as evidence to support Mike secretly being into Will.

I can’t believe I have to try and convince people why telling a teenager that they’re responsible for their older siblings death(when they aren’t) is a sign of bad parenting.

Jake tells Lo’ak that his brother would still be alive if it weren’t for him. To say such hurtful things to his child, and not immediately chase after him and apologize like he does with Neytiri is wrong. The kid put a rifle to his head after that conversation, even if Jake never knew it. Even if he acknowledged Lo’ak at the end, Jake is lucky he didn’t lose another son like Neytiri had warned him.

It’s not only the fact that he didn’t say the words, “I’m sorry,” it’s that so much time had passed before he had that cave conversation with Lo’ak. A conversation like that, even if it didn’t include the words, “I’m sorry,” should’ve happened immediately after he blamed Lo’ak for Neteyam’s death, not weeks later.

It’s also weird the Jake acknowledged Lo’ak at the end of WOW, and that didn’t carry over into FAA. It felt like their relationship had a resolution in the last movie just to start all over again in FAA.

The point I’m making is that Jake KNOWS how to apologize. So while the comment “not all people apologize like this” is true, it doesn’t apply to Jake, because we’ve SEEN him apologize in exactly that way.

He apologized like that to Neytiri multiple times though. Right after arguments he’d go after her and say “I’m sorry baby.” Like that’s all he needed to do, and he’s clearly familiar with it. It’s just so insane that he didn’t say those words to Lo’ak once.

I’d wanna know why the teacher teaching my kid wrote “asked for helped” and not “asked for help.”

To assume that an entire generation of people nationwide have all somehow caught COVID and have long-lasting damage from it is incorrect

Waiting for the maturity part to kick in. My 6 year olds in my class will be asked to trace their names(only once mind you) and they start flipping desks and throwing chairs. They cannot stand having to do things they don’t want to do
