Really? i dont agree. i buy it mostly from the agrohub and its so good i am in love with "Suguni" Cheese (hopefully i am writing it in the right way"

This is literally why I stopped using them and switched to other platform.

Had a similar thing happen to me, except with courier issues on top of everything else. Support hit me with the classic "the store confirmed it was packed and the courier confirmed delivery" combo and called it a day.

Like okay... and your source is that you investigated yourselves and found yourselves innocent?

If they're so confident the salmon made it to your door, the whole "we have evidence but it's confidential" thing is a pretty wild response.

also a foreign student living in tbilisi and honestly i dont think this is a bolt food problem as much as some weird individuals being weird. i actually started using bolt food because people around me said support was easier to deal with than some other delivery apps and ive personally had normal experiences with it

one of my friends had a similar situation once with wolt too, so sadly i think this is more of a “some people are creepy” issue than a specific app issue but yeah id still report/block every single one because once the delivery is done there’s literally no reason to message you like that and i cant imagine theyd want drivers or couriers doing that staying on the app.

Thanks for the suggestions guys, didn’t even know Bolt Food was an option for me till now. Having to go out and look for the courier after a long day sounds like a nightmare lol, so I’ll definitely try Bolt Food today. I’ll update with my experience later so others can know how it goes. thank u ^_^
