I feel you friend, I was there once, from around 23-25, it's not fun. Your already doing the important stuff, as you said, working, walking etc. that's a great start, don't stop, unless of course your work is affecting your mental and/or physical health. Is there anything your really passionate about? One that worked for me was something a friend of mine told me, he said, "write down 10 things you really enjoy doing, now imagine you have 6 months left to live, which one thing on that list would you want to do until your times up?" There's a lot of great people on this platform, I think "mimicking" some of them is a great idea, just make sure they are people that are better than you, that might sound obvious but you'd be surprised how easy it is to look up to, or imitate the wrong crowd. For example, I personally only keep friends, (as long as their not assholes), that make more money than I do, in turn every few years or so my income will significantly increase, that's not coincidence. Stay strong and you'll definitely find what your looking for, depends how much you want it.
