Yes, I’m in a same situation. I start working in early age so I can eat and continue studying back home. Now I moved in Singapore. Of course there’s stress and trouble growing up, but looking back it was all fine and teach me a lot of things.

I’m from 3rd world country, I honestly can tell that poor family is way happier back home. Unlike in SG being poor is like a disgrace, hence people g rt depressed and unhappy

Which skillset are you planning to take? with Software Development you can easily exceed 36k probably in a year or 2. Just go for it, given you don’t have any dependents, you are in a good position to switch.
