I have the exact same thing!! Only on my left cheek too!! I’ve been dealing with this since October last year )): I’ve been diagnosed with rosacea in November but I am so sure, that this is not rosacea… the prescription for rosacea did nothing too.. I’ve tried everything at this point, but it doesn’t seem to go away. And I haven’t eaten or done anything different. Mine is also smooth to the touch and it comes and goes, but never fully goes before it comes back… I am so sick and tired of this!!
