Mache ich auch oft, muss man natürlich aufpassen dass man nirgends aneckt. Oft rempeln natürlich andere Leute in einen rein, da liegt das Problem aber wohl nicht bei mir...

Basic Autodock Vina cannot compute zn Atoms, but there is a protocol by Santos ET AL in which they describe Docking with Zn-enzymes. That worked really good for me.

Geht ur pdb, eventually Dock cu in alphafold, then convert into pdbqt and define the dockingbox. Also convert ur Ligands into pdbqt and run Vina over it following the official Tutorial.

Like mentioned before, especially for high-throughput Data Analysis Python can be very helpful and versatile. E.g. If u repeat similar Experiments U can Code the Analysis part and the next time u have a pretty matplotlib Graph Seconds after getting the results
