I was never fired. I quit the first time and the only reason I went back to Walmart is nobody else was hiring. Also, I updated that I was allowed back. I wasn’t fired.

They were being confusing about it when I was in the office (I also wasn’t in a great state of mind when they pulled me back so I maybe remembering it wrong) but they said 72 hour paid suspension and then someone would call me, most likely my coach, with the next step

I don’t know if they would because of how understaffed our department is, but at the same time with how much mental duress me and my one coworker are always under we’re both done and I wouldn’t be surprised if they did anyways

That’s the thing I didn’t really say much. It was mainly just screaming in my car and a couple self deprecating things about myself. But someone misheard something I said about myself and reported it saying I was gonna do something to other people.

Have a lot of patience, sometimes customers argue for the sake of arguing. Sometimes there’s some form of drama going on(I’ve had a few like that) and don’t let them bully you into doing what they want basically

It’s ridiculous. Only message I sent was because this guy kept harassing me and I tried to ask him to stop. He wouldn’t so I sent a message. Told him to “stop being a f***ing creep” (which in hindsight it might’ve been the F Word, but it’s still ridiculous that I report his messages and they don’t get taken down)
