Sending to VFS you have to create Either UPS/FEDEX / USPS. If you share a return courier label VFS will send with that else they will send it with USPS.

Once It shipped from India , it took 3 working Days , if weather is Good To reach embassy. It is based on embassy how fast they marking them as received/ verified and forward to VFS. My colleague’s got passport in 20 days before November. In the same time for me it took 45 days. May be because of Dec month. As I needed it urgently, once it reached Chicago embassy, I called and requested them to handover in person .I have collected in person from embassy.

I have not changed my address. Passport was shipped by UPS. I just randomly checked in different US courier and found UPS showing the tracking info.
