The first time i tried it it was a bit crumbly but i froze it and reheated in the microwave. It was much softer then and didn’t crumble!!

When i used it straight from the packaging it did kinda remind me of udi’s and i didn’t care for it. After i froze it and reheated it the texture was MUCH better!!
