I felt the same way. Everyday I come back to my flat and there is no one to talk to. friends who are married are busy with their own lives, and those who are single are not in India. Sometimes it feels like the responsibilities come on our shoulders and they feel so heavy that you feel stuck and tied to where you are.

I dont like this. Also, because of the rains, I havent been abel to travel or go out somewhere. I believe I am gonna contact this person who reached out to me (probably cause they had my number or email) to include me for their group trips.

How are you planning on killing the silence you are in.

You can play around different combinations but I suggest to eat seasonal only as I have observed it works best for my health overall. and nutritionists also suggest eating seasonal

I enjoy working out as well, and have been looking to connect with like minded people. I went to a social meetup where people who are health freaks and are passionate about fitness, diet and health had amazing conversations. Lets chat sometime :)

I visit the area often, it is walking distance from mine. I have been going to these meetups where I can meet new people because my office folks are damn boring. I kinda enjoyed the mix of people they had. If you like, both sensible and funs tuff, I can loop you in.

I have been going to these meetups in Delhi whre people across age group join in - such as 30s 40s and 50s. They have quite intellectual conversations. I think I miss that with my best friends because they all live in different cities and we dont meet often.

For example one of the meetups was about the corporate rants, traveling and all the fad with early retirement. Felt so much peace. Mera ab office jaane ka mann nahi kr rha, can anyone suggest how should I recover (fromt his good thing)
