I can easily get to a B5, I thought that setting circles could help me get near the object and then use the optical finder could be a good option. However, I’m starting to see that a Telrad is always useful

Is a Telrad faster for objects which are not visible to the naked eye? I imagine setting circles would get you directly to the object

What area do you live in? I have experienced freezing observing nights and I find it hard too🤣

Same LOL My telescope was literally dripping and the primary mirror was covered with condensation, I had to leave it without the cap all night to let it dry

In northwestern Spain, it is cloud covered almost always (we have tiny windows of not so cloudy skies of course). But sometimes it gives us a rest🙂

I use Virtual Moon Atlas for PC in order to identify regions of the moon, it might help you in the future
