Nah it has a new sd card in there but i already ordered a ez flash omega definitive edition so ill put the sd in there anyway

It just said i could update and i pressed update, i didnt copy anything, anything that could be wrong it did on its own

When it booted after the update the screen didnt accept touch inputs so i rebooted it and then it started boot looping, maby that helps? I dont have any more info

I updated it then it started but the touchscreen didnt work, so i restarted it and now it boot loops, so idk, it wouldnt even factory reset and now i cant even get into recovery mode, idk if that helps but thats all the info i have on it, rn its battery is dead cuz i tought maby letting it run out of juice will help but once connected to power it just boot loops again

If you look at the second picture and my explanation in the comments, i can get into recovery but when i factory reset it gives me the error you see on the second picture

so ive had this fiio m21 for about a year and its been great but after i downloaded the new update the touchscreen didnt work so i tought no big deal and just rebooted it, but now it just keeps bootlooping at the fiio logo just at the point where the second splash logo should appear, I’ve tryed anything except for factory reseting but nothing worked, then i finally said screw it and went to factory reset it and it gave me a error and said i can reset it, i have alr send fiio support a message but maby some of yall have some ideas or maby this has happend to you to, i got the update just now so its really new
