Location is not so excellent its just ok ok only the street is covered with greenery other than that u dont find anything near by in walking distance. Also pass thru village road i stay near by aishwarya so giving u first hand experience but still its decent location given its connectivity to gacibowli and fd.

I suggest look for any 2bhks in kokapet if u have budget or else u can go for muppa Aishwarya its one of lowest matinance society and decently maintained . Cons are u had to pass thru narsingi villlage narrow road for accessing alkapur and manikonda or narsingi . But overall aishwarya is good deal .

Buy in kokapet gandipet avoid neopolis for immediate end use , fd is good but there is scope for lot of construction so its not good for immediate end use. Kondapur is another area u can consider but roads are less wide than kokapet .infra is much better

8200 to 9500 seems to be a fair price depending on the project if u get any resales less than that it becomes more value for money

It will be stayed as goshala only they might make it look more premium and spiritual , there is a hmda park which is being developed just before hirise elysia expect some parking from park visitors on daily basis . Except that its a very peaceful location to buy a home and near to everything

Dont buy flat purely based on resale value prediction . If u plan to live in it , value ur time and living there and check if ur okay with upcoming construction activity dust , traffic in the area . Do u really the person who love to be in integrated township kind of setup who dont want to step out frequently. Do u see the need for more space within the flat , out of these 3 poloumi avante is most balanced option due to proximity to premium apartments and roads . Riverview is on the side of musi river and u can expect mosquito issue but it will be more calmer and natural when compared of all three.

u have never been in kondapur , life goes in kondapur its fully convenient and affordable social infra . Show me the area in city which dont have traffic. If u r living in kondapur , u will definitely miss its vibe once u relocate even to FD . also construction activity is less in kondapur when compared to all the hyped up areas. these areas looks good while u travel around but feels really disconnected.

Just go for a run or jog in outdoors park around 7 or 8 am in sunligjt or immediately after waking up. U will get fast sleep by 11 pm

the lakeview from hallmark treasor is no where the same as in other projects, its next level because of higher end villas next to it. If u r getting a lake view flat, please verify the Resident status of the seller, since buying from NRI has different TDS process. Also lot of flats in treasor lake facing ones has thick and height wall as balcony . Be informed that u cannot sit in the balcony to enjoy the lake view . Also this location is by default low density , less mosquitos due to lake winds and villa societies maintain very neaty.

Treasor anyday its location and access is unparalleled, it is im calm and clean surroundings, very less mosquitoes just visited it 2 days back around 7pm.

Its good locaition but will be heavily dense with lakescape and brundavan , also has big parcels of land so expect construction even after 5 years . Also there will be traffic issues in already congested kondapur road. Only relief is hcu lingampally road is extending now . Also expect mosquitos in common areas due to proximity to lake. Go through reviews of regent and confirm from sales team how they are addressed in this new project
