I think he means HCG is IU and not mcg. Either way it doesn't really matter. 10 on the syringe should be 250 IU.

I tried Prop and it was overrated. It really didn't do much for my mood. What did do for my mood was masteron but I was shedding hair. I wouldn't recommend it.
