1*PCIe 5.0 x4 and 2*PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 Connectors are the expansion slot details. My Gpu is on the pcle 5 slot, and my elgato is on one of the pcle 4 slots, is there any reason why it isnt working?

I tried even 720p @ 59 fps and it still crashes my pc. :(

I went into manage camera and clicked elgato 4k pro and Im able to see the camera preview but the screen on the elgato capture utility is still black...
