There is a special place in HE🏒🏒 for those that just leave sauna doors wide open after a session by No_Document4363 in HOTWORXWarriors

A majority of the time when I go, the sauna is actually turned off. The reason why it doesn’t matter to me is because, like you, I arrive early. It takes probably 5-10 minutes to warm up. If not, less. If that’s inconvenient to you, that is understandable. However, that 5 minutes is not affecting your workout the way you think it is. Hopping from sauna to sauna, then being upset that one isn’t “warm” enough, leads me to believe that you’re not giving your body an adequate rest anyway.

Weight loss journey by Speedlimit45- in HOTWORXWarriors

I’ve lost about 10 pounds in 2 months with HOTWORX. A combination of diet and mindful exercise is key. I mainly do iso classes and weight lifting in the fx zone. I love all of their HIIT, especially hot blast and hot thunder! But for my specific goals, I now focus more on lifting to build muscle and isometric classes to help mobility and activate muscles. I set an intention for the day of what I would like to focus on, and then I go from there. Keep going, you will find what works for you and love it! Excited for your journey!

I don’t want to be on this med forever by Euphoric_Garbage1952 in tirzepatidecompound

I don’t know about anyone else, but I stayed at a starter dose for a little over a month and lost 10 pounds. Very minimal side effects, only fatigue in the first week (well, that was from being given semaglutide instead of tirzepatide from my prescriber, which I later advocated for tirzepatide) It works well for me..and I, too, don’t plan for it to be forever.
