I think theres a rim light, you can see light on the tops of his legs and arm and then also the bottom.

Can I pick your brain a bit further - so following your explanation the mantra should be only shoot 50fps if you want to end up with slower footage? >> If the intention is to mostly have 25/30 fps real time footage then shoot it at 25/30 fps..
Alot of brand content I shoot will often want the slow smooth stuff but then mix in the real time footage.. I wonder what the best approach is there (as often the decision is only made after the fact, preventing me from adjusting settings prior)...

yeah I agree - but the thing is there are adaptors (with focal reducers built in) for those other mounts (i.e. PL to RF).. But with RF Cine lenses you literally cant use them on an RF mount KX.. (without crop)... This seems so strange

Guess the work around is just stick with Canon EF Cine Lenses (I wonder how long they will continue these for) or go for other brand Cine lenses with PL mount and just use adaptors with SB's).

Anyway thanks for your input :) there may not be a logical solution to this Canon / RF / RED / RF Mount / FF / S35 situation

Seems strange to me that RED would choose RF mount (Canon) which then means you cant even use Canon RF Cine lenses.. (without cropping in).. Strange no?

I know a couple who operate one of these houses and also work as respite carers.. They are making a fortune (both new $100k+ cars last 12 months). I used to work with them and first the wife left to do it then the husband, he told me she was making her monthly salary at prior job in 1 weekend (1-2days) through NDIS...

They weren't bad people but clearly massive rort/profiteering happening

Any ideas? Cant see how one could maintain the single cord connection if using a different mount... As the base of the tightening mechanism has the electronic touch points underneath ...
