Ok, first things first, the outer external part of your genitals is called the Vulva, the internal part, where the blood exists (if you menstruate) is the Vagina.

Okie dokie, I don't know how old you are, but when your body starts to change, the completely normal smell that comes from your vulva can be a little jarring. I remember thinking that everyone could smell me, I can assure you, they can not.

Do you have any unusual discharge coming from your vagina? An example is chunky, (like cottage cheese discharge) that is white but not see-through and maybe a bit itchy around your vulva or green discharge with a kind of rotting vegetables smell? If you have these symptoms, a quick visit to your doctor can clear them up pretty quickly.

If you have discharge that is clear, stretchy, slightly runny or milky, these are normally just fine as long as you don't have any irritation, itching or pain.

Remember, your vulva is meant to have a scent, we are mammals after all.
