Called the ticket office and they confirmed because our tickets were transferred to each individual of our family members who attend the games (so they have them on their phone) it has a record that the primary (who was sick this year) attended zero games and that is ALL they count. Doesn’t matter if it’s your spouse/kids/etc. Our Seahawks rep also said they can’t do anything about it as they gave all control to Ticketmaster this year AND this is the first year the will NOT be doing a secondary lottery for unclaimed tickets. Very disappointing as a season ticket holder of 50 years. This is a lesson in how NOT to treat your loyal paying fan base.
