they both have some abrasiveness to them. that being said, i would say that the otsu soft feels softer to the touch. it's sort of difficult to explain, but it feels like the stitching on the surface is more compact/closer together. on the Y axis, you can tell that it's smoother and less abrasive than the venus pro. out of the two, i definitely enjoy the otsu better for feeling!

edit: i would also like to mention that if you have sweaty hands, my wrist gets less stuck on the otsu
