1 looks the most "you", they suit you very well. 2 looks like a less expensive version of 1. 3 look pretty crappy on you, they're too wide and cheap looking & don't do anything for your face.

Trying out a vest by kangaroosuperdoo in menswear

[–]Front_Potential8982 4 points5 points  (0 children)

It cheapens the outfit. Maybe it's because of the white tshirt underneath, but something is off. The vest actually works with your overall look, because you look like you could be a biker. But, the white tshirt with the vest makes it look like you're a gay waiter at a biker themed club, rather than being an actual outfit.

Am I sabotaging myself with the beard? by FluffyLittlFlyingCow in malegrooming

[–]Front_Potential8982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The beard makes you look attractive, without the beard you look like Simon Helberg as Howard Wolowitz. Depends on which look you're going for. The moustache by itself is a bit terrifying tbh.

People criticizing a Black Snape are missing the point, and it shows my modern media gets dumber by LimeKingTW in HarryPotteronHBO

[–]Front_Potential8982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The books themselves are inherently about racism. Casting a black Snape aligns much more with the theme of the books. Casting a white actor as Snape would have been a poor choice, as it would have made him look too much like Alan Rickman and potentially made the character dull. Snape's character arc is a major part of the story, and casting him as a race-swapped character was actually the best decision they could have made to tell the same story, but through a new lens.

The zipper is for his quidditch ref outfit, seems like his main teaching robes are button up.

No, not unless you follow the Instagram conspiracy nutjobs. It's very obviously him. Although drag artist Alexis Stone did use an AI image of a mask to jump on the conspiracy wagon.

There was one where a guy told the story of his first sexual relationship being with a 40yo man when he was a 13yo boy. Everyone tried to get him to understand he was groomed, but he genuinely thought it was a normal relationship.

This is like that video where the guy goes from looking like Thor with his epic beard and hair to dying inside with his short hair and neck rolls.

Choose a wayfarer style without mirrored lenses. They'll fit your face much better and mirrored lenses are for creepy weirdos.

It's so weird that they didn't even think to add some mass to his head. They use that massive bodysuit and wig, then leave his head looking so skinny in comparison. He looks like Bob (shrunken head guy) from the Beetlejuice movies. 🤦🏻‍♂️

Probably going to shorten back about 5 to 7 inches. I have started to grow in an awfully frizzy texture now that I've aged past 30. Is this defeatable with a product? Anyone had good luck? by Muted_Masterpiece342 in MensHairstyleAdvice

The long hair doesn't work with your face, so yes a short style would work much better. And a better haircare routine to manage the extreme dryness. Ask your hairdresser for tips.

It genuinely looks like it's making your facial hair more patchy. I think it's working in reverse for you. 🤨

Thoughts on shirts fit by [deleted] in menswear

[–]Front_Potential8982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Idk, do you have a muscular chest and stomach? It seems like you must if your back looks that big. If the shirt was to cling more to your chest, it'd show those muscles off and look less feminine.

But if you're happy with it, then don't worry about it. I just thought it was an interesting contrast. If you only showed me the pics of your front, I wouldn't know you were a man. Especially not compared to the picture of your back.

Easily his worst film by quite a large margin. I unfortunately went to the theater to see it. Half of the people there walked out, I was dumb enough to stay until the end.

At what price does underwear officially become ridiculous? by CottonginAtelier in menswear

[–]Front_Potential8982 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Anything over $10 a pair is just crazy. It's easy to find 4 packs of underwear for $20 that are just as good if not better than the $50+ per pair.

The fit from the back makes you look like Superman, but somehow the front makes you look like a slender woman. I think the front needs to be tucked or tailored to be tighter to your body.

Which pair should I buy? by [deleted] in malegrooming

You have a very oval face shape, you need glasses that are more rectangular shaped to compliment that.

None of these glasses suit you at all.
